Baked Mac & Cheese with FiberCreme


1 packet of pasta macaroni
3 pieces of smoked beef
3 white onions
1 small onion
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons FiberCreme
250 ml of water
100 gr mozzarella cheese
50 gr cheddar cheese
2 pieces of cheese slices
1 teaspoon powdered oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt


1. Prepare a pot & boil the water. Add a little oil and salt. Add the macaroni pasta, boil the macaroni until it is well cooked. Remove and drain.

2. Heat butter in a saucepan, sauté onions, garlic and smoked beef until fragrant. Add flour and FiberCreme, mix well. Then, add water, stir well. Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and cheese slices. Stir until the cheese are melted. 

3. Add the macaroni pasta, stir until the cheese are well soaked into the pasta. Season with pepper and salt.

4. Pour the macaroni into a glass bowl. Sprinkle with a little mozzarella and oregano cheese.

5. Oven at 180C for 10 minutes.

6. Serve warm.
