Salted egg chicken with FiberCreme


150 gr Chicken, cut into cubes
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Paprika Powder
150 gr Cornstarch

Sauce Ingredients

1 tbsp Margarine / Butter
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4 pieces of Lime leaves
2 pieces of Red Chili
3 pieces of Ripe Salted Egg Yolk
2 pieces of Salted Egg Whites, boiled and roughly chopped
1.5 tablespoons FiberCreme
75 ml warm water
½ tbsp Sugar
½ tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Salt


1. Prepare a bowl, add the cornstarch, pepper, salt, and paprika powder. Stir well. Add in the chicken that has been cut, fold the chicken with flour mixture.
2. Heat up the cooking oil over high heat, fry the chicken until  ¾ cooked. Remove and drain.
3. Prepare the salted egg yolk, mix it with FiberCreme and warm water. Pour it to a saucepan, stir well over low heat.
4. Add margarine/ butter to sauté garlic, white pepper and lime leaves until fragrant. Add the egg yolk mixture, mix well. Then, add sugar, white pepper and salt to taste.
5. Add the fried chicken and mix well with the sauce.
6. Serve warm with white rice.
